As many of you know, Arsenal Pulp Press recently published a new & revised edition of Tin Fish Gourmet, orginally published in 1998. I was delighted indeed to receive this review, a very special Valentine treat for me. When I opened my email box on Tuesday morning, these words from New York found my heart warm and my countenance full of joy.

Asian Flavors by Jean-Georges with Montgomery Lau
This evening we welcome Montgomery Lau, chef de cuisine of Vancouver's MARKET RESTAURANT in the Shangri-La Hotel. Montgomery grew up in Hong Kong, moved to Vancouver where the desire to become a chef took hold, has worked in France under chef Jean Yves Benoit, and represented B.C. at the National Chefs' Conference and won the CCFNC Challenge.
