Michel Roux at Books to Cooks

On May 4, world reknowned chef and author, Michel Roux, comes to Vancouver and celebrates his new book, Pastry, at two events with Barbara-Jo's Books to Cooks.

At 12:00 p.m. join Michel at the Wedgewood Hotel for an elegant luncheon prepared by Executive Chef Lee Parson. The menu will feature recipes inspired by Pastry and will include wine pairings. The cost of this luncheon is $125 and includes gratuities.

At 5:00 p.m. Michel will be our special guest at a reception at Books to Cooks. Come and meet Michel and enjoy refreshments and pastries from Pastry. Tickets for this reception are $45.00.

Both events include a signed copy of Pastry.
