The cost of membership is $375.00 and includes three books, three meals, libations and

THE ONE BOOK CLUB - WINTER 2017
This Winter we present the third edition of our One Book Club. This club comprises of 3 dinner sessions and one book.
When you sign on, you will receive the book. When we meet for the first dinner, you will have read the required quarter of the book and cooked at least three recipes.
At our get together, we will discuss the writing and recipes, while dining on a menu we have concocted from the book.
Cost: $350 includes the book and three dinners.
For this session I have chosen The Family Meal by Ferran Adria
The Family Meal is the first home cooking book by one of the world's most creative chef. The recipes in The Family Meal are easy to prepare, and meant for family dining at home. Chef Adria wanted to ensure that the ingredients are both affordable and widely available. The Family Meal is one of my personal favourite cookery books, one I continue to learn from and enjoy.
Session One Dates are Wednesdays:
January 11th, February 8th, March 8th.
Session Two Dates are one Thursday and two Wednesdsays:
January 26th, February 22nd, March 22nd.
Space is limited to 12 guests.
