Normand Laprise, chef/proprietor of TOQUE, an institution on the culinary scene in Montreal these past 20 years, will be in the house tonight to have a little chat about his illustrious career behind the stove. Recently, Normand published an amazing book representing his philosophy and menu. Executive chef de cuisine Charles Antoine Crete will accompany Normand to the shop.
