When Mollie cooks, she wants as much space on the plate as possible for her beloved garden vegetables. Tonight, we will gather at a new restaurant in our neighbourhood, The Farmer's Apprentice, where chef/owner David Gunawan will prepare dinner, a heavenly vegetable meal, to honour our desire for plant-based diets, original ideas, and to share a table with Mollie Katzen.
This will be an intimate dinner, only 24 places at the tables available.
