We have a lively event planned for this evening.  Visiting chef Edward Lee - proprietor of "610 Magnolia" in Louisville Kentucky - will be in shop to launch his new book, Smoke & Pickles.  Korean roots has brought a unique twist to Edward's southern kitchen, while he has honed the craft of spinning a southern yarn.   Edward is a top chef (US) competitor, so we have asked our own top chef competitor, Matthew Stowe to accompany Edward in our kitchen.  

What could make a happier evening than good food, fresh ideas, and tall tales.

Cost: $55.00, includes a signed copy of Smoke & Pickles.
