We love this book by Ferran Adrià; it is quite possibly our favourite chef to home-cook book. Interesting dishes with good instruction and accompanying photos for each step.
Chef Adrienne O'Callaghan will capture our attention tonight with her excellent teaching and a recounting of her meal at ElBulli in Spain, where Ferran Adrià was the head chef for many years. It was widely regarded as the world's best restaurant until its closure in 2011,
Adrienne used to work full time here in the shop, but now has a young family to care for. We always feel very lucky to have her back in the shop teaching a class, and especially in this case, as she will be able to tell us exactly how this famous chef translates restaurant ideas to home cooking.
