Our transportation to this interesting destination is via The Burma Cookbook, written by two food professionals who have been taking fellow enthusiasts on culinary tours to Burma for years and are experts on the food and culture of this unique country. The book spans the country's opulent traditions of the past to contemporary dishes of today.
Tonight we will hear about the beautiful sights, sounds, and tastes of Burma in the comfort of our cosy bookshop. Chef Angus An, of Maenam will be cooking.
