Bill Jones is in shop today to tape an interview about his new book, The Deerholme Foraging Book, with Sheryl MacKay from CBC's North by Northwest Cooking Club. Bill is an expert on foraging in the Pacific Northwest and his new book tells you how to find, harvest and prepare local mushrooms, edible plants, sea vegetables and shellfish.
This afternoon we will all gather around and listen with a cup of tea. Afterwards Bill will be in the shop from 5-6 p.m. to answer questions and sign his new book.
