Chef Glenys Morgan will teach us all the tricks to grilling foods with intense flavours, cooked to juicy and/or crunchy perfection over the fire. We will be using Adam Perry Lang's book Charred and Scruffed as our guide. This book not only covers the basics of meat grilling but also has a fabulous selection of sumptuous sides.
Cost: $110, includes your Royal Grilling Feast and a copy of Charred and Scruffed so you can make your own feasts later.
