Ah Provence. Saying the name of this beautiful region immediately conjures a travel daydream. Positioned at the scenic crossroads of southern France, the Italian Alps, and the Mediterranean, it is known as a producer of some of the finest food and wine France has to offer.
Authors Viktorija Todorovska and Francois Millo will be in the shop today to celebrate their new book, Provence Food and Wine: The Art of Living, with a demonstration and book signing. The book contains 47 traditional Provençal recipes featuring olive oil, fresh vegetables, and Mediterranean seafood as well as detailed information on regional wines, most notably rosé. This afternoon, the authors will demonstrate a recipe and serve refreshments featuring the food and wine pairings from their new book.
