We are so excited to welcome Prannie Rhatigan to the shop today. A medical doctor, Prannie has been harvesting and cooking with seaweed, and gardening organically, since childhood. Irish Seaweed Kitchen is her first cookbook, containing information on sourcing, identifying, preparing and storing seaweed for culinary use in addition to a remarkable collection of over 150 easy, creative and delicious recipes.
This afternoon, CBC radio's Sheryl MacKay will interview Prannie about her book for North by Northwest's Cooking Club while we listen in with a cup of tea.
