Every cook needs to know how to chop and carve, slice and dice, fillet and bone. And today you will have the opportunity to learn from our resident chef, Glenys Morgan. She will cover a few of the essential knife skills tonight as part of our Technique Week. She will also demonstrate how to sharpen your knives using a Chantry Knife Sharpener. These will be for sale during the event.
This event is hands-on, please bring your favourite knife to practice your skills with.
To ensure that your education continues long after today's event, each guest will receive a copy of Knife Skills: How to Carve/Chop/Slice/Fillet by Charlie Trotter, Marcus Wareing, Shaun Hill and Lyn Hall.
