Heather Pace is relatively new to Vancouver, hailing from the centre of Canada. Heather has been classically trained, though decided some years ago to shift her refined sugar into the raw sweet kitchen. Her new book will show you everything you need to know about making the most delicious and nutritious raw desserts.
This afternoon, Heather will demonstrate: Mint Chip Ice Cream, Chocolate Glazed Donuts and Mango Lime Tarts.
