This evening we welcome Montgomery Lau, chef de cuisine of Vancouver's MARKET by Jean-Georges in the Shangri-La Hotel. Montgomery grew up in Hong Kong, moved to Vancouver where the desire to become a chef took hold, has worked in France under chef Jean Yves Benoit, and represented B.C. at the National Chefs' Conference and won the CCFNC Challenge.
Tonight, Montgomery will be preparing a meal from this popular book by the founder of MARKET, Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
