Curtis Luk, chef of Mission, a new restaurant on the Fourth Avenue, will be cooking for us this evening from the book that has been a great inspiration to his menu at Mission.
Manresa, An Edible Reflection the book, and restaurant of the same name in California by David Kinch, has been very popular with the creative chefs of our town. Curtis is prepared to inspire us with his menu tonight.
MENU: Savoury Petit Fours; Into the Vegetable Garden featuring a variety of Cooked and Raw Vegetables from our local farms; Black Cod with Tomato Honey, Garlic Cloves, Banana Peppers; Assorted Potatoes, soft and crispy with Curds and Whey. Sweet Petit Fours.
