What Sarah has presented to us in this inspiring book is just how simple it is to embrace sourdough culture. Recipes in this book are seasonal; include pies, cookies, flatbreads and more. The book is laced with botanical cultural notes on grains, fruits and vegetables, herbs and wild crafted foods.
