She is known for her extensive travel research of global cuisines and is the author of Burma: Rivers of Flavor and co-author of many other books including Hot, Sour, Salty, Sweet, Flatbreads & Flavours, Seductions of Rice, Mangoes & Curry Leaves, and Beyond the Great Wall.
We're in for a real treat tonight as Naomi always presents a deep and beautiful culinary understanding of the regions she researches. She will give a visual presentation about her extended travels to Persia and then sign copies of her new book.
