Tonight is the fourth and final dinner for Session #2 of our Autumn 2016 One Book Club. For this Autumn edition, we have chosen Claudia Roden's The Food of Italy.
Book club members are asked to read and cook at least three recipes from a chosen section of the book. Then we all gather to discuss our reading and cooking adventures, and to eat a meal cooked from the book by our resident chef, Glenys Morgan.
Tonight's featured section from The Food of Italy is: Lombardy, Veneto, Trentino- Alto Adige, and Friuli- Venezia Giulia.
