Mangia Vancouver! This evening is part of a series of events in connection with the Italian Cultural Centre to celebrate Italian Heritage Month (June). This month, we have invited a number of chefs who are not Italian by birth or heritage to celebrate the cuisine we all love.
Please join us this evening as Chef Curtis Luk, from Mission Restaurant, cooks a delicious dinner from the pages of My Kitchen in Rome: Recipes and Notes on Italian Cooking.
Come and dine on the delights of "cucina romana", and then take home a copy of the book so you are able to recreate the dishes in your own kitchen.
