| Food Culture |  | Don Genova Presents Food Culture: From Fast Food to Slow Food

In this series of eight lively classes, students will learn about the history of food culture in both Europe and Canada. Between May 5th and June 30th, food journalist Don Genova will explore the differences between artisanal and industrial food production, sustainable farming and fishing practices, and movements such as Slow Food and the 100-Mile Diet. Don recently returned from Italy’s University of Gastronomic Sciences with his Master’s Degree in Food Culture in hand.
