Students at this class will learn the basics of safe knife handling and care with Chef Glenys Morgan and will receive a copy of Mastering Knife Skills by Norman Weinstein. This stunning cookbook features 29 international chefs from around the world and is a journey into the plight of our oceans. Kevin’s earlier effort, A Boy After the Sea, was awarded Best Cookbook at the Paris Cookbook Fair earlier this year. For this evening’s celebration, refreshments will be provided by C Restaurant and Chef Robert Clark of C will demonstrate a favourite recipe. All proceeds from this evening will be donated to the Dan Snook Foundation which assists youth in need.
